How do dk runes work

The presences will buff you for whatever you need to do. Frost is primarily for tanking, although it can help you survive if you need it. Blood and unholy will both give you the same auto-attack damage, but will buff your abilities differently.

When movement is involved, unholy wins out because you can get a few extra attacks in when you have to. Frost Aura will not stack with buffs from other classes, however. Further Questions Any questions, comments, or criticism is much appreciated. This is not a thread for deciding, just for understanding. Post by skribs Reserved in case I need the room. Post by This post was from a user who has deleted their account. Post by skribs UB doesn't count as a disease for synergy with strikes and for applying crypt fever, but it does get bonus damage from crypt fever.

Not sure if it can crit with Wandering Plague, though. UB also is not a drain you may or may not know that, but other people may or may not as well. The link I made under the APC section should have it, gargoyle has a 0. UB also has no cooldown and is an AoE, where gargoyle has a 3 minute cooldown. I've heard reports of people mainting gargoyle for a good duration and still hitting UB, not sure if that's feasible in most builds, however. I did not include talents into my calculation.

It wasn't an error on my part, I did that on purpose. Post by skribs Spell hit: 80 vs. As for multiple activations of Death Runes, that should be the case unless they've changed it; but I haven't heard anything about that.

It certainly seems like there will be room for both runes to be valuable — tuning allowing — and Blood players will actually have an interesting choice to make.

Should they add even more runes than these eight? In my opinion, they should only do that if the new runes give us actual choices, instead of simple math questions that can be answered by simulations. The Blood runes seem to be going in the right direction. Time — and alpha testing — will tell! Blizzard Watch is a safe space for all readers.
