Similarly, in Greece, you can opt for exclusivity and luxury with a trip to Santorini or Mykonos , enjoy city center splendor in Athens, or go for a more budget-friendly stay. Try Crete, Zakynthos, Corfu, or Rhodes for package holiday deals, and try Agistri for a low-cost island break located just an hour from Athens. Conclusion: You can holiday in either spot on a big or small budget, but since Greece is marginally cheaper, it wins this one.

Any suggestions would be very appreciated! I am getting tired of researching because I just want to make the right decision. Thank you! Thinking of flying to Venice for a day or so — then on to Athens. Santorini is where I want to spend the most time. Hi Dave, We are planning to Greece in early June. Want to visit one more country, Italy or turkey. We want to go for 9 nights.

Can you suggest the places we must cover. We are 2 families having 2 kids up to 15 yrs in each family. Good islands for families are Naxos, Paros, and Antiparos.

Santorini is a little less kid-friendly than the others but so special and memorable that I still recommend it for families. You could fly Santorini to Rome and get a day in there if you really wanted. Hi there! It is a busy travel plan but doable. Better if you flew directly from Rome to Santorini to save time. I've been careless in the past with plants, and ended up with fish I never had before. Better to be safe than sorry. I got my snails in last Thursday I have them in a QT tank.

There are now some small round white balls on the ground of the tank. Are those eggs? Do snails lay eggs? I have had snails forever, but never seen how the babies are born.

What kind of snails are they. The trapdoor snails do not lay eggs their young are born live. Some do lay eggs that are white or pinkish above the water on plants and some lay eggs underwater. I have thousands of Ramshorn and don't really know how they get there.

Maybe the stork brings them. But they multiply like crazee even though I've never seen any eggs. I have them from the size of a period at the end of this sentance to almost the size of a quarter. They are trapdoors. That is strange.. By breaking down fish waste and scrubbing off algae, they help put all those excess nutrients to use and get them into a more readily available form for probiotic bacteria to consume. Snails can also carry diseases that can pass to your fish, as they can be an intermediate host.

Parasites have a life cycle that requires a host. Unless they have a host within a certain amount of time, they will die. By keeping your plants and snails separate from your fish for a minimum of 28 days in an empty tank or jar of water , you outrun their life cycle. The plants will help to purify and oxygenate the water. This method can be used for the inhabitants you introduce to your tank, be they snails, shrimp or plants.

Quarantining your plants and snails might seem like a daunting task, but there are easy and natural ways to make sure you keep your tank healthy and safe while still benefiting from what they have to offer.

Now you can get plants from anywhere you want and not have to worry about anything bad happening. Sign up to receive our latest articles, tips, tricks, and guides, plus discounts on top products, to hit your inbox every week! I've become interested in these little guys Do they carry disease? I read that most snails don't carry diseases and if they did they don't transfer to fish.

I have a gold inca snail and I put it in the tank right away. It loves to eat cucumber and zucchini. Unless you want a tank full, make sure you get the kind that need a partner to breed.

Maybe someone will come along with more snail experience than I have. Good Luck with it. Hmmm, I didn't Q mine. But maybe I was lucky. I later read that certain snails can carry diseases to fish and even humans. I think its a type of ramshorn that does that, though. I'll look for that article.

It's creepy. Oooo it could be a golden mystery snail. I have one of those. I love him! Many "wild" snails carry things Most snails in the aquarium trade are clean and are just passed on thru the business or keepers to keepers. I wouldn't pull any out of the swamps near me for my tanks!! Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but if most snails carry diseases, wouldn't a lot more people have problems with them? Because I accidentally got some ramshorn snails into my tank off of some live plants.

They are safe to us. Getting snails from aquarium plants are safe Click to expand Betta Whisperer. I have mystery snails in my pond that get very big out there. I do bring them in to my tanks in the winter. They lay dry clutches any place that is dry. I even had one lay her eggs on the under side of the light hood of my tank because there wasn't enough room on the side glass. If they are full of eggs they will lay them anyplace that they can find dry.

In the pond in a summer I will find 15 - 20 clutches of eggs layed on the bog plants that have leaves that stick above the water. As they hatch they will drop down into the water. Mine get eaten by the koi and goldfish but sometimes I will bring some in the house to hatch them out.

They are my favorite snails and the only ones I have. Hello Tony. I have my new Mystery in quarantine just to be on the safe side. Did you see my thread where I just found snail eggs and I just bought them past Wednesday! I'm posting a link you may find helpful if you haven't seen it already. I hope you get some snails if you want them. I'm really enjoying mine.

Take care! Rainman, that is the exact snail Yes 30 gallon is fine, you can probably put 5 of them in there if you want to breed them. I have one in my 10g. They do produce more bio load than other snails. My tank has a glass hood.

It has a hole that is about 2" on both sides. That's a possibility, just make sure your water line isn't close to the top.

In studies, however, none of these treatments have consistently shown to be reliable and effective. Those often used include:. With proper medical attention, full recovery is likely. Your Care Instructions After being bitten by a brown recluse spider, you may have red skin and a blister where you were bitten. How can you care for yourself at home? If the doctor gave you a prescription medicine for pain, take it as prescribed.

If your doctor prescribed antibiotics, take them as directed. Do not stop taking them just because you feel better. You need to take the full course of antibiotics. Take an over-the-counter antihistamine, such as diphenhydramine Benadryl or loratadine Claritin , to calm the itching and reduce the swelling. Read and follow all instructions on the label. Put ice or a cold pack on the bite for 10 to 20 minutes at a time. However, according to spider experts at the University of Florida, if there are no signs of skin changes within 48 to 96 hours, the wound will not become necrotic and should heal properly.

While these spiders do not often bite humans, they pose a slightly higher risk to people who work indoors. Machinists, janitors, and housekeepers might face an even higher risk, due to working in areas where there is an increased likelihood of coming into contact with the spiders.

Living in the Midwest or the southeastern U. Despite their fearsome reputation, only about 10 percent of brown recluse spider bites lead to serious skin complications.

What people call spider bites are often misdiagnosed, usually the result of other skin conditions or infections. Tick bites, viral, fungal and bacterial infections, drug reactions, and skin complications from diabetes are common causes of similar-looking skin reactions. People can typically treat real spider bites at home. If possible, people should collect and identify the spider responsible.

Do this by trapping the spider under a clear cup or jar so the spider can be easily seen, and slowly sliding a piece paper under the container. Turn the container over and secure the paper over the top or attach a lid. If the bite is causing discomfort, elevate it if possible and apply a cool compress or a covered ice pack to reduce swelling and pain.

A pain reliever, such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen, can be helpful in reducing discomfort. An antihistamine, such as Benadryl, may also help with any itching. If a brown recluse spider is confirmed as the cause, the doctor may recommend a tetanus booster if a person has not received one in the last 5 years.

The doctor may also want to check the wound in 2 to 3 days after the bite, to ensure that the venom is not destroying tissue. Treatment can commence quickly if there are any concerns. This reduces the risk of further complications. There are many other conditions that can cause a severe wound similar to brown recluse spider bites. These conditions include tick bites, infections from bacteria, viruses and fungi, diabetes, and other skin conditions. Unless a person lives in an area where brown recluse spiders are known to live and has caught the spider for proper identification, the cause of a wound should not be blamed on a brown recluse spider bite.

A person with a brown recluse spider bite has an excellent chance of recovery, especially with proper care, since most bites require no particular treatment and heal on their own. People with other medical conditions, such as diabetes or immune system problems, are at a higher risk of complications. These individuals are also at higher risk for a wide variety of skin infections and other skin problems.

However, it is especially important for them to contact their doctor in the event of an actual or suspected brown recluse spider bite within 24 hours if there is a reaction. Any wound that is not healing properly needs to be evaluated, regardless of the cause.

Though brown recluse spider bites are rare, it is possible to reduce the risk of getting one. These steps are important for people living in the areas where brown recluse spiders settle.

The best way to do this is by avoiding areas where brown recluse spiders tend to live, such as dry areas with outdoor wood or rock piles. Someone who works near or in these areas should wear gloves. When indoors, people should be sure to shake out clothing, shoes or bedding that they have not used for a while, particularly if they are kept in an attic, basement, or dark closet.

Taking other measures to prevent brown recluse spiders from setting up home can be useful.

Which test, procedure or treatment is best for me? Uterine artery embolization has been used for decades to stop severe pelvic bleeding caused by: trauma malignant gynecological tumors hemorrhage after childbirth Uterine fibroid embolization is a specialized form of UAE for treating symptomatic fibroids.

Tell your doctor about recent illnesses or other medical conditions. You should plan to stay overnight at the hospital following your procedure.

The nurse will give you a gown to wear during the procedure. You will lie on the procedure table. The doctor will make a very small skin incision at the site. The doctor or nurse will remove your IV line before you go home. This procedure is usually completed within 90 minutes. Benefits Uterine fibroid embolization, done under local anesthesia , is much less invasive than open or laparoscopic surgery to remove individual uterine fibroids myomectomy or the whole uterus hysterectomy.

No surgical incision is necessary—only a small nick in the skin that does not need stitches. Patients ordinarily can resume their usual activities much earlier than if they had surgery to treat their fibroids.

As compared to surgery, general anesthesia is not required and the recovery time is much shorter, with virtually no blood loss. Follow-up studies have shown that nearly 90 percent of women who have their fibroids treated by uterine fibroid embolization experience either significant or complete resolution of their fibroid-related symptoms.

This is true both for women who have heavy bleeding as well as those who have bulk-related symptoms including urinary frequency, pelvic pain or pressure.

On average, fibroids will shrink to half their original volume, which amounts to about a 20 percent reduction in their diameter. More importantly, they soften after embolization and no longer exert pressure on the adjacent pelvic organs. Follow-up studies over several years have shown that it is rare for treated fibroids to regrow or for new fibroids to develop after uterine fibroid embolization.

This is because all fibroids present in the uterus, even early-stage nodules that may be too small to see on imaging exams, are treated during the procedure. Uterine fibroid embolization is a more permanent solution than the option of hormonal therapy, because when hormonal treatment is stopped the fibroid tumors usually grow back.

Regrowth also has been a problem with laser treatment of uterine fibroids. Risks Any procedure that places a catheter inside a blood vessel carries certain risks. These risks include damage to the blood vessel, bruising or bleeding at the puncture site, and infection. The doctor will take precautions to mitigate these risks. When performed by an experienced interventional radiologist, the chance of any of these events occurring during uterine fibroid embolization is less than one percent.

Any procedure that penetrates the skin carries a risk of infection. The chance of infection requiring antibiotic treatment appears to be less than one in 1, There is always a chance that an embolic agent can lodge in the wrong place and deprive normal tissue of its oxygen supply.

An occasional patient may have an allergic reaction to the x-ray contrast material used during uterine fibroid embolization. These episodes range from mild itching to severe reactions that can affect a woman's breathing or blood pressure. Women undergoing UFE are carefully monitored by a physician and a nurse during the procedure, so that any allergic reaction can be detected immediately and addressed.

Approximately two to three percent of women will pass small pieces of fibroid tissue after uterine fibroid embolization. This occurs when fibroids located inside the uterine cavity detach after embolization.

In the majority of women who undergo uterine fibroid embolization, normal menstrual cycles resume after the procedure. However, in approximately one percent to five percent of women, menopause occurs after uterine fibroid embolization. This appears to occur more commonly in women who are older than 45 years. Although the goal of uterine fibroid embolization is to cure fibroid-related symptoms without surgery, some women may eventually need to have a hysterectomy because of infection or persistent symptoms.

The likelihood of requiring hysterectomy after uterine fibroid embolization depends on how much time elapses until menopause. The younger the patient, the greater the tendency to develop new fibroids or recurrent symptoms.

Women are exposed to x-rays during uterine fibroid embolization, but exposure levels usually are well below those where adverse effects on the patient or future childbearing would be a concern. The question of whether uterine fibroid embolization impacts fertility has not yet been answered, although a number of healthy pregnancies have been documented in women who have had the procedure.

You may be given a prescription for pain medication or advice on using over-the-counter pain medication for when you return home. There will likely be some discharge after the procedure. You may also pass some fibroid tissue, but this is rare. Be sure to have some menstrual pads ready for after the procedure and avoid using tampons for a few weeks.

A small cut is made to insert a catheter as part of the procedure. Monitor the site of the cut to make sure it stays clean and dry and talk with your doctor if you see any signs of infection. Drinking more fluids and eating high fiber foods can help. Sources of fiber include:. No one procedure will be the right option for everyone. With this infographic, learn how fibroids disproportionately affect Black women in prevalence, symptom severity, and more.

Learn more about the latest advancements in research and treatment options for uterine fibroids. If your period is so heavy that you quickly soak through pads or tampons, there are things you can do to find relief. Find out what home remedies and…. Fibroids can cause pain in some women. The pain may come and go, or it may be constant.

It may be in your pelvic region but it can sometimes appear in…. Health Conditions Discover Plan Connect. Post-embolization syndrome symptoms peak about 48 hours after the procedure and usually resolve on their own within a week.

Ongoing symptoms that don't gradually improve should be evaluated for more-serious conditions, such as an infection. By the next day, your urinary catheter is removed, and you're encouraged to walk around.

Recovery is generally rapid, and complications are rare. Most women return home the day after the procedure with a prescription for oral pain medication. Pain usually ends within a day or two, but in some women it may last up to a few weeks. You may have a magnetic resonance imaging MRI exam over the next year to monitor shrinkage or other changes in the fibroids or your uterus.

Doctors usually schedule the first exam three months after the procedure. Uterine artery embolization typically provides significant relief of symptoms. It also affects your menstrual period and it may have an impact on fertility. Your menstrual period may continue on its normal schedule. If you miss any periods, they will probably resume within a few months. A small number of women enter menopause after the procedure. The risk appears highest among women age 45 and older.

Impact on fertility. Although the risk of entering menopause after the procedure is low, subtle ovarian damage may make getting pregnant more difficult. There also may be an increased risk of pregnancy complications, especially involving abnormal placement or attachment of the placenta. Despite these risks, many women have had successful pregnancies after uterine artery embolization. But, more long-term, larger studies are needed to determine the impact of uterine artery embolization on fertility and pregnancy — and the risks of uterine artery embolization must also be compared with the risks of surgery.

Uterine fibroid embolisation is a safe procedure, but there are some risks and complications that can arise, as with any medical treatment. There may occasionally be a small bruise, called a haematoma, around the site where the needle has been inserted, and this is quite normal. If this becomes a large bruise, then there is the risk of it getting infected, and this would then require treatment with antibiotics. Most patients feel some pain afterwards. This ranges from very mild pain to severe cramp, period-like pain.

It is generally worst in the first 12 hours, but will probably still be present when you go home. While you are in hospital this can be controlled by powerful pain killers. You will be given further tablets to take home with you.

Most patients get a slight fever after the procedure. This is a good sign as it means that the fibroid is breaking down.

The pain killers you will be given will help control this fever. A few patients get a vaginal discharge afterwards, which may be bloody. This is usually due to the fibroid breaking down. Usually, the discharge persists for approximately two weeks from when it starts, although occasionally it can persist intermittently for several months. This not in itself a medical problem, although you may need to wear sanitary protection.

If the discharge becomes offensive and if it is associated with a high fever and feeling unwell, there is the possibility of infection and you should contact your interventional radiologist and GP and ask to see your gynaecologist urgently. The most serious complication of uterine fibroid embolisation is infection. This happens to perhaps two in every hundred women having the procedure. The signs that the uterus is infected after embolisation include great pain, pelvic tenderness and a high temperature.

If severe infection has developed, it is generally necessary to have an operation to remove the womb, a hysterectomy. If you feel that you would not want a hysterectomy under any circumstances, then it is probably best not to have UFE performed. Some patients may feel very tired for up to two weeks following the procedure, though some people feel fit enough to return to work three days later.

However, patients are advised to take at least two weeks off work following UFE. If this happens, you are likely to feel period like pain and have some bleeding. A very few women have undergone an early menopause, the change of life, after this procedure.

I would hate to drive anything else, but it seems that if they can't get it fixed, I will be trading it in for a Chevrolet. As you can see, I gave it all 5 star ratings because the Jeep really is an awsome car. I just got a lemon. I love my Jeep. It is the fourth Jeep I have owned and probably the best one yet. I have had no leak problems or any other for that matter.

I am getting 22 to 24 MPG unless I am pulling my boat and then it goes down to 13 to 15 but that is still great. I have no problem with the power but I did not buy mine to race and it gets up and goes when I need it too. I love the way the hardtop breaks down and prefer driving this 4 door jeep over my other regular wrangler although I still swap out often because my teenage daughter likes the four door better due to the amount of room for her and friends.

Very under powered, 6 months old and has been in shop 9 times once towed in, but is always fixable at the dealer, and always something different. Very expensive for what it is. Interior is OK, but cheap. Poor quality control, and Dealing with Chrysler is awful, different customer service personnel every time and nothing gets done.

Biggest mistake I ever made. Last Chrysler product I will ever buy. By the way I have owned 4 other Jeeps in the past ranging from , and will never buy again after the experiences with this one. I have a fully loaded Jeep Sahara - my 5th Jeep, and once again Chrysler disappoints. I don't know who the suits are that create the options, but they obviously don't drive Jeeps.

For starters, the Jeep is clumsy - it looks cool, like a mini-Hummer style, but the steering is not as direct as previous models and the engine is definitely less responsive. The car is by far the biggest gas guzzler I've ever owned I have a six speed manual and when switching gears on highway, it is hard to differentiate between 4th and 6th. I find myself accidentally downshifting from 5th to 4th meaning to go to 6th.

The sluggish engine is frustrating in city traffic because it is so unresponsive. Given this Jeep is heavier and safter than previous models, it definitely needs more torque for weaving in and out of traffic.

My Sahara was lighter and faster - definitely more direct and easy to manuever. This Jeeep easily can drift. Also, the shifter shakes over every bump. Know that I am a street Jeep person, never ever have been off road in 5 Jeeps over 10 years, but I couldn't imagine how annoyed I'd be off-road if simple highway and city driving makes that tranny feel ike it's on suspension.

Another problem is the compartments inside - big, dumb center console could be utilized better maybe two compartments and cup holders do not really hold beverages especially in backseat. Granted the car is a convertible, it should have at least have a covered tray near the shifter or someplace to hold a phone or ipod out of the blazing sun. I see lots of wasted space in console - should be compartmentalized better - I'm certain the suits at Chrysler know this and it will probably be offered in next year's model, as the next few years will offer likely minor upgrades of course interchangable with previous year.

Note the AC is not even close to previous models - overall, total disappointment. I wish Chrysler would hire someone like myself to think for Jeep drivers. I have a Rubicon Unlimited - by far the best one yet. On some of the toughest sections, we were switching the quick-acting front-diff lock several times within 50 feet to trade traction for turning ability.

Moving those switches from the bottom of the console to the steering wheel would be a useful improvement when playing mountain goat. The three skid plates and the tubular-steel rock rails that come with the Rubicon package collected plenty of scary-sounding Zambian scratches. But they protected the main underside mechanical components as they were designed to do. The vote is secret until every player has selected their vote and the leader asks for the votes to be revealed. Once the votes are revealed, if the majority has approved, then the round continues to the mission phase. If the team is rejected then the round ends without starting the mission, and the leader passes to the left and the team building phase is repeated.

If this happens 5 times in a row without the mission proceeding then the resistance loses the game. Once in the mission phase, the leader will assign a set of mission cards to each of the players on the mission. The mission cards will indicate whether or not the mission succeeds or fails. Once a player selects their response, they return it, face down, to the leader who then shuffles the responses so that it cannot be determined who gave which answer.

The unused mission cards should also be shuffled before the votes are revealed. No other player should know who voted what. The votes are then revealed. If there are 1 or more fail votes, then the mission fails exception: 4 th mission of 7 or more players require an additional fail vote for the mission to fail , otherwise the mission is successful.

Place a blue or red score marker on the mission space to indicate success blue or failure red and move the round marker to the next mission space. During the game players are allowed to say anything they wish to try to figure out who the spy is, or the spy may say anything they wish to try to misdirect other players from detecting them. Mission Team Vote: After appropriate discussion, the Leader calls for a vote on the team assignments. Each player, including the leader, secretly selects one vote card.

When all players have their selected Vote card ready, the Leader asks for the votes to be revealed. The mission team is approved if the majority of Votes are affirmative and fails if a majority rejected the assignments; a tied vote is also a rejection.

If the mission team is approved, play continues in the mission phase. If the mission team is rejected, the leader passes in a clockwise manner and the team building phase is repeated. Each player on the mission Team must secretly decide to either support or sabotage the Mission.

The leader passes a set of Mission Cards to each mission team member. Each player on the mission selects a mission card and plays it face down in front of themselves. The leader collects and shuffles the played mission cards before revealing. The mission is successful only if all the cards revealed are mission success cards. The mission fails if one or more mission fail cards have been played.

Note: The resistance operatives must select the mission success card; spies may select either the mission success or mission fail card. The 4th mission in games of 7 or more players requires at least two mission fail cards to be a failed mission. It's suggested that two different players shuffle the played and discarded mission cards before revealing.

After the mission has been completed, advance the round marker to the next mission space on the tableau. I say it would very largely depend on the group, their experience, and how many players there are.

A lot of the game is all about reading players. Similar to poker, it's easier to read people you know rather than complete strangers. It sounds like your group hasn't learned to play Resistance very well yet. Playing a spy, at a basic level, is pretty straightforward. Playing a Resistance member takes a little more thought. After all, the spies already know everything; they're just trying to create confusion and mislead. The Resistance members have to piece together the information. Stick with it and the Resistance will probably improve.

Saffron, in order to answer the question the game group itself has to be assessed; as you will have a much different answer if the game group is fairly new to the game compared to expert players. I would start looking at voting patterns and how you vote when you are playing good. A common mistake I have seen from newer players is voting for a mission where it is impossible to win such as the last mission requiring all of the good members to be on the team and yet good members not on the team meaning there has to be an evil member on the team voting for the mission to proceed.

One thing to try is if you like the overall idea of the game is to pick up the resistance avalon as it give the good side some more knowledge as well as another way for evil to win — Joe W. Show 2 more comments. Active Oldest Votes. Improve this answer.

The fact that its last move is flamethrower doesn't help its cause. Its a lot better in DP though. Umbreon is good defensively, but fails in attack approx. I'd still go with Jolteon despite everything I said.

Credit for awesome avy goes to HappyFaceInc! I'll probably choose from here, but feel free to add any more comments you'd like to share! Click here to feed me a Rare Candy! Get your own at Pokeplushies! Rage the level 99 Entei!

Seen February 23rd, For those who are wondering, I picked Jolteon because I knew that I would be getting a Gardevoir later in the game, which is a strong Psychic type that could replace Espeon.

Thanks everyone! Originally Posted by -Umbreon [ Original Post ]. Seriously though consider Vaporeon as a good pokemon to use cause of it's high hp, ok speical attack and it's ability.

I might start the game over more then once, and if I do, then I'll experiment with different Eeveelutions. But all of them have very shallow movepools; unless you're willing to SR for a good Hidden Power, Jolty's only move would probably be Thunderbolt. And Flareon has always been considered the worst Eeveelution by pretty much every competitive battler.

Yes, he's got awesome attack, but he's so slow and frail, he often doesn't even get a chance to use it. I always picked Espeon for this, because when i went through Pokemon Colosseum, Espeon was the most useful pokemon i had. Clicking is a good thing.

I say Jolteon is really good, but Umbreon is also another good bet. Seen July 10th, When I'm putting together an in-game team, one thing that I always take into consideration is getting a good variety of types as early as possible in order to give myself at least one pokemon on my team who has a type advantage over nearly any opponent in the game.

With that in mind, here's my assessment of the five Eeveelution options. Espeon - My preferred choice since the only other Psychic type available relatively early in the game is Baltoy. Granted, Baltoy can become quite good at higher levels particularly after evolving into Claydol but in my experience, Baltoy is noticeably weaker than Espeon as a Psychic type at lower levels.

Jolteon - An excellent choice if you don't want to go with Espeon. There is another decent Electric type available early on in Mareep if you choose not to go with Jolteon.

Vaporeon - A good choice though I still prefer Espeon or Jolteon since there are two other decent Water types available early on with Spheal and Carvanha. Spheal, in particular, becomes really strong when it gets to its fully evolved form of Walrein.

Flareon - A poor choice as there are two much better Fire types available early on. Houndour and Numel both easily surpass Flareon in terms of serving as a strong Fire type member for your in-game team, and they both come with a solid second type as well. Umbreon - Three other stronger Dark types available early on make Umbreon the worst of the five choices. Poochyena is one of the very first pokemon you can get and pulls off the pure Dark typing much better than Umbreon. Houndour and Carvanha are both decent Dark types who both also cover one of the other Eeveelution types.

We could even throw Seedot into the mix if we really wanted to since it gains Dark as its second type on its evolved forms, although the only benefit it really gets from that is the immunity to Psychic attacks and there's a better Grass type available early on Shroomish. This is no time to be arguing about time! We don't have the time! Honestly, I haven't used too many Pokemon in XD runs.

I found that it was a great Pokemon offensively, and very easy to use. Your only problem would be trying not to faint Shadow Pokemon Jolteon: I only used this briefly, but I found that it was a good, strong Pokemon for fighting, and easier than Vaporeon for capturing Shadow Pokemon.

Espeon: The Pokemon I used when I completed this for my brother. Espeon is like Vaporeon in the fact that it is a good attacker, but like before, a bit too strong for capturing Shadow Pokemon.

Umbreon: This is okay for fighting User Info: WightKnigjht. A boy and his horse. A beautiful princess and an cursed reincarnation of evil. Attack and Speed. Whereas Jolteon has its forte in speed, Espeon has its forte in special attack. It's mostly the same as Jolteon, except it's got the option of Psychic and a few other things at its control.

Umbreon - Strong points are Sp. Defense and Defense. Although pretty much no other Pokemon in Gen 3 can wall like Umbreon, its physical strength is rather weak.

Then again, you could stall out your opponent forever with what it can use. I'm not sure of the TM availability and all that in Gale of Darkness, but given what you know you can find in that game, make the best choice for yourself. Espeon was great in Colosseum, so he was a candidate for my starter. Umbreon's a tank, but the attack is awful and could take a while to get through even the easier opponents the only reason that it was one of the two starters in Colosseum is because it went perfectly with Espeon.

Flareon is decent, but it's movepool wrecks it, and Vaporeon is an all around great guy. I'll probably end up choosing him. Starrk Who are these people?! It is fast although not as fast as jolteon but tied with gengar,Its special attack is through the roof with makes it a decent sweeper.

The only problem you will face is shadow ball in third gen,Not a good choice. But despite that espeon can be a huge threat. Espeon's Special Attack and Speed stats are tied with Gengar's. Jolteon's highest stats are the same, except the Speed is and the SpAttk is
